Thursday morning after doing the podcast I sat down on the couch to veg for a bit and watch some boob tube with some chips and salsa. Hey..chips and salsa with a cold brew makes a great breakfast! This was no ordinary salsa either, it was this home-made shit that just ROCKS!! Well....it was maybe a week old and apparently the tomatoes were a wee bit tainted with salmonella. Twenty minutes after consuming said salsa I felt like a horse kicked me in the gut with all his might. Not just any horse, one of the fucking Budweiser Clydesdales. A few hours later I was puking with the fury of Niagara Falls after the 500 year rains. It literally wasn't until now...6pm on the next day...that I can even walk around the house.

I'm starting to feel normal again and my 102 fever is back down below 100 so I think normalcy is soon to come. See you Monday morning for a new show!!
